Every human ear is unique. Just as with eyeglasses or any other personalized product, you may need a little time to adjust to your new ear-mold or ear plug. If the information on our Support Page didn’t help, and Contacting Us didn’t fix the issue, then our policy is that ear-mold modifications or replacements will be made during a 30 day adjustment period without charge.

Your hearing is absolutely our priority and you deserve the right product at the right fit.
